Terms of Use of Site Materials

1. The content of the website viktor-surikov.ru (hereinafter — the Site), including any text information and graphic images (hereinafter — the materials), is the property of Elena Viktorovna Sevostyanova or of third parties who lawfully post their materials on the Site.

2. Reprinting, reproduction and any other use of the Site’s own materials is permitted on the following conditions:

2.2. Use of the material must be accompanied by a mention of its rights holder and author, unless otherwise permitted;
2.3. Copying, duplication, sale and other commercial operations with the Site materials may be permitted only in accordance with the terms of agreements and contracts between the Site Owner and the User;
2.4. The materials may be used only in the form in which they are posted on the Site, without any modifications, unless otherwise permitted by the Site Owner;
2.5. Graphic images that constitute materials may not be used separately from the text accompanying them, unless otherwise permitted by the Site Owner;
2.6. Any reprinted material must be accompanied by a link to the Site viktor-surikov.ru. Publication on the Internet must be accompanied by a hyperlink pointing to the Site viktor-surikov.ru and containing the Site name in readable text. The hyperlink must be present on every page containing the reprinted material.
2.7. Third-party materials on the Site viktor-surikov.ru are always accompanied by a link to their original source. The possibility of reprinting third-party materials should be determined in accordance with the requirements established by the original source.

3. To request permission from the rights holder Elena Viktorovna Sevostyanova, it is necessary to send an email via the Feedback page with the following information necessarily provided:

Full name, name of the legal entity or sole proprietor;
Mobile phone number and email address.

3.1. Requests for consent from third parties must be made independently.

4. The content may contain inaccuracies or spelling errors.

5. Further distribution or any other processing of personal data posted on the Site viktor-surikov.ru is permitted only with the consent of the relevant personal data subject.

6. The rights to user materials belong to the User of the site who posted these materials. By posting these materials, the User grants Elena Viktorovna Sevostyanova the right to use the said materials when preparing other content.

8. If material posted on the Site viktor-surikov.ru violates the rights of the User, the User may report it by sending an email via the Feedback page with the following information necessarily provided:

Full name, name of the legal entity or sole proprietor;
Mobile phone number and email address;
Links to the violation;
The specific material;
Documents confirming the rights to the intellectual property object.

9. When sending the above letter, the User confirms that:

they are the rights holder or a representative of the rights holder of the intellectual property object (with the power of attorney of the rights holder’s representative provided);
they have not given permission to use the intellectual property object;
they consent to the processing of personal data in order to prevent and stop violations of the rights to the intellectual property object, and also agree that the information specified in the statement (including personal data) may be sent to the person violating the rights to the intellectual property object.
